| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验设计得出杨树花的最佳水提工艺为:用pH值8.0的水,提取2次,每次提取1h,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至适量,再加入乙醇浓度至75%的沉淀,挥发乙醇至无味,调pH值即得。这样提得的杨树花溶液澄明,杂质较少,有利于提取液的稳定。 |

| Abstract: | The best water extraction technology of poplar is obtained by orthogonal experimental design as follows:the water was pH 8.0,extraction of 2 times,1h of each time,filtration,combined filtrate,concentrated to the amount,then add 75% ethanol of precipitation,evaporation of ethanol to the tasteless,adjusting pH.The solution obtained from the poplar flowers by this means is clarity,fewer impurities,and is conducive to the stability of the extract. |
