巨型红掌不同外植体诱导愈伤组织方法的研究

摘    要:对影响巨型红掌愈伤组织诱导的几个因素进行了研究.结果表明:以幼嫩部位组织为外植体对愈伤组织诱导率优于成熟组织;以不同组织器官为外植体对红掌愈伤组织诱导中,叶片及叶柄的愈伤组织诱导率最高;在不同激素浓度的培养基上诱导红掌愈伤时,最佳的诱导培养基配方为1/2 MS+2,4-D 1 mg/L+BA 4 mg/L.

Abstract:Factors that influenced the callus induction of giant Anthurium andraeanum L.were studied.The experimental results showed that the callus induction percentage by immature explants was higher than that of mature explants.Leaf and petiole showed significantly higher result than other explants in callus induction.The optimum media for callus induction was 1/2 MS 2,4-D 1 mg/L BA 4 mg/L.
