小麦条锈菌夏孢子芽管结合现象的研究

摘    要:研究了条锈菌夏孢子在水洋菜上的芽管结合现象及其影响因素,证实了小种内、小种间及专化型间均可产生芽管结合。小麦条锈菌不同小种及组合间,其芽管结合率及结合体形成率不同,说明不同小种之间亲和力有差异。美国白化菌系与我国不同小种间、及条锈菌小麦专化型与大麦专化型间的芽管结合率及结合体形成率均很低,表明遗传差异越大,其芽管间亲和力越低。并且发现,较高的温度可抑制芽管结合,超过16℃,芽管结合显著减少,至19℃,已无芽管结合现象发生。

Abstract:The germ tube fusion in Puccinia strii formis West, and the factors affecting fusion have been studied. The results proved that frequencies of germ tube fusion and fusion bodies vary in different races and different conbinations of two races, indicating that the compatibility between different races are also different. The frequencies of germ tube fusion and fusion bodies both between the American albino mutant strain and the Chinese races and between P. striiformis f. sp. tritici and f. sp. hordei are very low, suggesting that the greater the genetic diversity, the lower the compatibility between germ tubes. The germ tube fusion is inhibited at the higher temperatures, over 16, it apparently declines, a and at 19, there is no germ tube fusion.
