美国家庭农场CSA经营模式研究

美国约有200万个农场,80%以上的农场是小规模家庭农场,商业农场约占其中的40%。过去的25年,很多较不依赖非农收入的小规模商业农场通过运营CSA这样一种替代市场机制,结合农夫市集及农业旅游业的发展,实现了农场在经济、生态及社会层面的可持续发展。本文总结了美国家庭农场CSA项目的发展概况及其运营模式,对我国CSA的发展能提供一定参考价值与启示。

Analysis of CSA Business Model of Family Farm in the United States

There were about 2 million farms in the United States, more than 80% of the farms were small family farms, about 40% of which were commercial farms. Over the past 25 years, through the operation of such an alternative market mechanism CSA, com- bined with the development of farmers＇ market and agricultural tourism, a lot of less dependent on non-farm incomes small-scale commercial farms, has realized the economic, ecological and social sustainable development of the farms. This article summarizes the present situation and business model of CSA project in American family farm, providing certain reference and enlightenment for the development of CSA in our country.
