新疆黄伞LL-01对12种碳源物质利用能力评价

摘    要:为了掌握新疆野生黄伞驯化培育过程中碳源的利用能力,开展碳源优化研究,为种质资源的保护、菌株保存和驯化提供基础数据。通过黄伞LL-01在不同处理培养基上的菌落形态特征、显微观察、生长量、生长速率、生长高峰期、满皿时间、达到总生长量50%的天数的分析,发现黄伞LL-01对12种碳源均能利用,当碳源为葡萄糖、麦芽糖、红糖和甘露醇时,菌丝体生长速度快、活力强、长势整齐、菌落完整、菌丝体形态结构完整、锁状联合发育正常,菌丝体总生长量分别是74.86,76.31,77.18,76.19mm。为保证菌丝体生长,黄伞LL-01对单糖、双糖、多糖、醇类有不同碳代谢途径,具有广泛碳源适应性。

Abstract:The study focused on optimum carbon source in the process of cultivation and domestication of wild Pholiota adiposa from Xinjiang. It could provide a basic data for the protection, the conservation and the domestication of this germplasm resource. Analysis of Pholiota adiposa in colony morphology, microscopic observation, total growth(GT), the average daily growth rate(SGT), the maximum growth (Gmax), dish full time and number of days to achieve 50%(G513) based on the different treatment was conducted. The results showed that Pholiota adiposa used all the 12 kinds of carbon sources and as the carbon source composed of glucose, maltose, brown sugar, and mannitol. It had a good performance in mycelium morphology, colony morphology and clamp connection. The total amount of mycelium growth was 74.86, 76.31, 77.18,76.19 mm, respectively. In order to ensure the mycelium growth, Pholiota adiposa would use a variety of different carbon metabolic pathways to absorb monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysaccharides and polyalcohol (alditol). It had extensive adaptability of carbon source. It had extensive adaptability of carbon sources.
