Study on the Analysis and Countermeasure of Information Crimes under the Network Environment in China

The computerization of social information has provided convenience for human beings, meanwhile, people are deeply puzzled by information crime that network has brought about. The network crime is rampant increasingly, which gives great challenges for information security in China. The characteristics and tendency of information crime have given challenge to all of us, therefore, we must comply with its development rules, and formulate regulations to prevent and punish formation crimes.
