橘皮提取物的抗氧化能力与有效成分分析

摘    要:用不同溶剂(石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、去离子水)于室温对橘皮进行提取,得到不同溶剂的橘皮提取物.研究5种溶剂的橘皮提取物对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)和亚硝酸盐的清除能力,并考察其有效成分的含量.结果表明,5种溶剂的橘皮提取物均具有清除DPPH和亚硝酸盐的能力,其中乙酸乙酯提取物的清除能力最强.在5种溶剂的橘皮提取物中柠檬苦素含量有极显著差异,黄酮、总酚的含量也如此;而氯仿提取物和石油醚提取物的单宁含量差异不显著,其他3种提取物的单宁含量差异极显著.乙酸乙酯提取物中各有效成分含量均最高,且相关性分析表明,橘皮提取物清除DPPH和亚硝酸盐的能力与其黄酮含量之间存在显著的相关性.

Abstract:Different extracts of orange peels was obtained at room temperature using petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol and water as solvent.The DPPH free radical and nitrite scavenging capacity of the 5 extracts were determined;and the contents of their main active ingredients were examined.The results showed that all the five extracts from the orange peels had antioxidant activity and nitrite-scavenging ability.And the strongest antioxidant activity was observed in ethyl acetate extract.The content of limonin,flavonoid,total phenolics and tannins of the five extracts was different.The highest content of the four ingredients was detected in ethyl acetate extract;and correlation analysis showed that the content of flavonoids exhibited significant correlation with the antioxidative activity and nitrite-scavenging ability of the extracts from orange peels.
