九种忍冬属植物叶片的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对西宁地区的9种忍冬属(Lonicera L.)植物叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶酶谱进行研究,结果表明,9种植物的POD同工酶电泳共出现8条酶带.其中POD-1为试验植物材料共有的酶带,POD-2仅在兰果忍冬中出现,POD-3仅在红脉忍冬中出现,因而POD-2和POD-3可作为上述两种植物的分类鉴定依据.聚类分析结果将9种忍冬属植物分成3大类,分类结果与形态学分类结果一致.

Abstract:Peroxidase isozyme pattern of leaves of nine Lonicera Species in Nanning were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there were 8 bands of POD isozymes in nine materials.POD-1 appeared in all of the materials,it could be considered as the marker of Lonicera L.;in addition,POD-2 and POD-3 only appeared in L.caerulea Linn.,L.tragophylla Hemsl respectively,which can be considered as the marker of the plant.Clustering analysis results showed that at the Jaccard coefficient 0.60,all of the plants could be divided into 3 groups.The result of cluster analysis was consistent with morphological classification.
