云木香多糖提取工艺的优化

摘    要:探讨云木香(Aucklandia lappa Decne.)多糖提取工艺的影响因素,确定其最佳提取工艺条件,为进一步分离纯化及生产开发打下基础.采用正交设计,以多糖提取率为评价指标,对水提和醇沉的工艺分别进行优化.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为固液比1∶18(m/V,g∶mL),提取时间2h,提取温度80℃,生药浓度1.0g/mL,乙醇体积分数80%,提取2次.

Abstract:Factors affecting the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Aucklandia lappa was studied to build the foundation for its separation and purification.Using the yield of polysaccharide as index,orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the water extraction method and alcohol precipitation method.The optimum extraction scheme was as follows,solid to liquid ratio,1∶18(m/V,g∶mL);extraction time,2 h;extraction temperature,80 ℃;crude herbal dose,1 mL/g;volume fraction of alcohol,80%;extracting twice.
