地黄中梓醇的大孔吸附树脂纯化工艺

摘    要:采用优选大孔吸附树脂纯化梓醇,以分光光度法测定梓醇浓度,对纯化地黄中梓醇的大孔吸附树脂工艺进行了研究.结果表明,H103树脂吸附与纯化梓醇的效果较好,上样液浓度为4.08 mg/mL、上样液体积为7个柱体积、洗脱剂为体积分数10%的乙醇、洗脱剂体积为8个柱体积、静态吸附时间为4h为纯化的最优条件.

Abstract:Catalpol was extracted from Radix Rehmanniae by selecting propriate macroporous adsorption resins and determined by spectrophotometry method.The results showed that H103 was the best resins for catalpol adsorption and purification.The optimal conditions were,concentration of loading sample,4.08 mg/mL;sampling volume,7 BV;eluent,10% ethanol;elution volume,8 BV,static obsorption time,4 h.
