摘    要:大多数农药残留物质属于有毒有害物质,它们以各种危害形式持续存在于环境当中,并通过不同的途径进入人体后危害人体健康.因此建立快速、准确、有效的农产品中农药残留量检测分析方法势在必行.液相微萃取(LPME)技术集采样、萃取、浓缩为一体,具有成本低、设备简单、有机溶剂用量少、富集倍数高、易与气相色谱(GC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、质谱(MS)仪器联用等优点,属于环境友好型的绿色样品前处理技术.对液相微萃取技术的原理、技术模型及其在农药残留检测中的应用和发展前景进行了综述.

Abstract:Most pesticide residues are toxic and harmful substances,which exist in various harmful forms in the environment.They come into human body through various means,and are harmful to human health.Therefore,a rapid and effective method for accurate detection of environmental pollutants and residues is imperative.Liquid phase microextraction(LPME) is a environment-friendly and green sample pre-treatment technology.It is a method of combining concentrating,extracting and sampling,and a method with the advantages of low cost,simple device,less organic solvent and high enrichment factors.It could be combined with gas chromatography(GC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and mass spectrometry(MS).The principle,model,application and prospect of LPME in detection of pesticide residues were reviewed.
