摘    要:设置单因素试验考察不同浓度离子液体氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([BMIM]Cl)对酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)AS2.399生长及其乙醛脱氢酶活性的影响.结果表明,[BMIM]Cl对酵母的生长有抑制作用,且其浓度越高,抑制作用越明显;低浓度的[BMIM]Cl可以提高酵母乙醛脱氢酶的活性,高浓度则会抑制其活性.

Abstract:The effects of ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chlorine(Cl) on growth and aldehye dehydrogenase(ALDH) activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS2.399 were studied by signal factor tests.The results indicated that Cl could inhibit the growth of yeast.The higher theCl concentration,the more obvious the inhibition effect was.The activity of ALDH could be promoted by low concentration of Cl while inhibited by high concentration.
