| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of forest development project, the concept and processes of risk management are firstly introduced. Then, ways of how to apply risk management to forest development project are suggested. And a comprehensive model for risk management of forest development project is presented. At the end, the practice of risk management on forest development project is concluded. |
