摘    要:将获得转TERF1基因糖橙的春梢叶片进行柑桔溃疡病和炭疽病的接种.初步试验表明,TERF1基因增强了糖橙的广谱抗病性.在接种溃疡病后,转基因植株的平均发病率下降了50%左右,且发病的时间比冰糖橙和对照推迟了7 d,其中3号株系的抗病性最强,叶片无病症.柑橘叶片接种炭疽病后,转基因植株的叶片与对照相比基本上表现出针孔处病斑减小,延迟发病等现象.其中3号和11号转TERF1基因糖橙叶片上根本观察不到炭疽病的典型病斑,且叶片也无褪绿.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted by inoculating citrus bacterial canker and citrus anthracnose to the leaves of transgenic Succari.Results show that TERF1 gene can enhance the transgenic plants with their broad-spectrum disease resistance; that after an inoculation with citrus bacterial canker,their incidence rate is reduced by 50%;that compared to Bingtang Orange and CK,transgenic Succari also delays the expression of disease symptoms in 7 days and the inoculated plant No.3 has displayed no symptoms at all;that after an inoculation with citrus anthracnose,the contrast plants display typical symptoms in 7 days but the transgenic plants show a size reduction of diseased spots and a delay of diseased time;and that the inoculated plants No.3 and No.11 even show evident resistance to citrus anthracnose.
