| 摘 要： | 随着贵州工业化进程的发展,贵州城镇化进程的步伐也随之加快。在城镇化进程中,城中村给城市发展带来了双面影响:它能够缓解住房、就业等社会压力,有利于城镇化的稳步发展;但它的"脏乱差"现象也给城市发展、城市生活质量等带来负面影响。文章针对城中村存在价值及其改造问题进行分析,并提出关于城中村改造的几点思考意见。
