| 摘 要： | 通过不同基质和采穗期对大果沙棘温室嫩枝扦插试验表明：温室嫩枝扦插对扦插技术要求较高,采穗期一般为6月25日左右为最佳,扦插基质要求通透性好、保水性较好、营养丰富。大果沙棘温室嫩枝扦插中以基质C（50%森林土＋30%耕作土＋20%的沙土）为最佳。

| Abstract: | Through the test of big fruit sea-buckthorn shoot cutting using the different cutting medium and rod harvest time in greenhouse, the results showed that： the shoot cutting has more stringent technical, around June 25th is the suitable harvest time generally, the cuttage medium request good permeability, good water retention property, rich nutrition, the medium C （50% forest soils ＋ 30% tilled soil ＋ 20% sandy soil） is the best for the cutting of big fruit sea-buckthorn. |
