Abstract: | Abstract. An experimental growth trial in floating cages at three different stocking densities was carried out. 15–19-cm mean total length, 18.5-g mean individual weight fish were stocked at 25, 50 and 1OO per m3. A 40% protein balanced diet was used as feed. The results of the study showed no statistically significant differences in growth among the three treatments. Food conversion ratios ranged from 3.10 to 3.34, and spiecific growth rates were between 1.40 and 1.48%/day. |
