摘    要:为了降低沉水植物饲料中的硫酸钠给禽畜健康带来的不利影响和改善该饲料的适口性,探索在沉水植物干燥过程中含水率对硫酸钠析出的影响规律,采用机械碾压方式去除硫酸钠。试验结果表明:在含水率为45%时进行碾压,硫酸钠的去除率较高,营养物质损失最少,水草基本不破碎。随含水率的进一步降低,营养物质损失相应增加,而硫酸钠的去除量却不明显。因此,从沉水植物的物料特性和草产品加工工艺上来看,在干燥过程中当沉水植物的含水率为45%时去除硫酸钠较为合适。

Abstract:In order to decrease disadvantage effect of Sodium sulfate for animals and birds health and improve dainty as feedstuff,the effect of moisture for Sodium sulfate separating on the process of drying submerged vegetation was studied,and the Sodium sulfate removal experiment was done by the way of mechanically crushing. The results showed that the Sodium sulfate removal rate is higher and nutrient loss is least and submerged vegetation is not almost broke while the moisture is 45%. With moisture decreasing,the nutrient loss will increase,but the removal amount of Sodium sulfate will not be obviously increased. So from the feature and manufacturing technology of submerged vegetation,45% is the best moisture while removing Sodium sulfate on the process of drying submerged vegetation.
