| Abstract: | Variations in the natural conditions in Northwestern China are analyzed. The concepts of Macro Northwestern China and Micro Northwestern China are introduced in planning the strategic development therein. For improving the ecological environment of the Micro Northwest, three treatments are proposed. involving rational use of the existing water resource through five management and technical measures. Agriculture characteristic of the local conditions is recommended. |
