| Abstract: | Human plasma produced cutaneous basophil hypersensitivity when injected into chicken wattles. The kinetics of the response development were affected by presensitization, whether or not complete Freund's adjuvant was used. Presensitized chickens developed their maximum response significantly sooner (12.6 hr earlier) than the controls. |
