君子兰快速离体繁殖研究

摘    要:试验表明,君子兰叶片组织无菌条件接种于添加1.2 mg/L BA+2.0 mg/L NAA+0.8 mg/L 2,4-D的基础培养基(细胞诱导分生培养基)中,培养28 d,叶片细胞逐渐增殖培养生成芽苗;将芽苗切割分离接种于0.9 mg/L BA和0.5 mg/L NAA的芽苗增殖培养基中,无菌培养12 d后,君子兰芽苗诱导生成幼苗;将君子兰幼苗转接入含激素0.1 mg/L NAA的生根培养基中,培养20 d后,幼苗诱导生根形成完整的君子兰小植株。

Abstract:There is great advantages in the application of flowers tissue culture technique for business purpose.The tissue of Clivia miniata were cultivated in the experiment.The results showed that the buds could be directly induced from its leaf tissue cultured in the MS 1.2 mg/L BA 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.8 mg/L 2,4-D medium after 28 days.The buds were formed many clumped sprouts after inoculated in MS 0.9 mg/L BA 0.5 mg/L NAA medium and then differentiated gradually into plantlets after 12 days.The excised plantlets could produce root after inoculated in MS medium with 0.1 mg/L NAA after 20 days and developed into normal plants successfully.
