摘    要:[目的]探索高温胁迫条件下,氯化钙对叶用莴苣耐热品种与不耐热品种幼苗生理特性的影响.[方法]日光温室内自然高温胁迫条件下,用不同浓度的氯化钙分别对四叶一心叶用莴苣幼苗(耐热品种瑞比特,不耐热品种罗莎绿)进行连续25 d叶面喷施,然后取样测定生物膜保护酶活性、游离脯氨酸含、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白含量、电导率等指标.[结果]结果表明,喷施氯化钙后,叶用莴苣的保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量及游离脯氨酸含量均较高,丙二醛含量及相对电导率均降低.[结论]氯化钙可以改善叶用莴苣幼苗在高温胁迫条件的生理机能,提高幼苗对热胁迫的适应能力.

Abstract:[Object]Effects of CaCL2 on some biochemical properties in seedlings of lettuce (Lactuca sative L.) under high temperature stress were studied.[Methods]CaCl2 with different concentrations were continuously sprayed onto seedlings in solar greenhouse for 25 days,beginning at 4-leaf stage.[Results]Results showed that the activities of SOD,POD,CAT were improved by applying CaCl2 to lettuce seedlings under high temperayure stress.Meanwhile,contents of soluble proteins and proline were increased,while relative electrolytic leakage and MDA conent were decreased.[Conclusion]It was indicated that CaCl2 can improve the physiological and biochemical functions of lettuce seedlings in high-temperature,and improve the adaptability of lettuce seedlings to heat stress.
