枸杞抑菌活性的初步研究

摘    要:测定了枸杞果实提取物对玉米弯孢霉病菌(Curvularia lunata)、茄子褐纹病菌(Phomopsis vexans)、黄瓜褐斑病菌(Corynespora cassiicola wei)和梨轮纹病菌(Macrophoma kuwatsukai)的抑菌作用,结果表明:枸杞提取物对4种病原菌都有较强的抑制作用,在同一质量浓度时,对不同的植物病原菌的抑制作用不同,对玉米弯孢霉病菌的抑制作用较强,对茄子褐纹病菌和黄瓜褐斑病菌次之,对梨轮纹病菌的抑制作用较弱。

Abstract:The antifungal activities of Lycium barbarmu were tested with isolate hypha of Phomopsis vexans , Curvularia lunata,Macrophoma kuwatsukai and Corynespora cassiicola under separate cultivating conditions. The results indicated that Lycium barbarmu had plenty of bioactive substance to restrain hypha growth of pathogen . At the same concentration of extracts of Lycium barbarmu , it had different antifungal activity to different pathogen, the antifungal activities of Lycium barbarmuwas stronger to Curvularia lunata than Phomopsis vexans and Corynespora cassiicola , it was weakest to Macrophoma kuwatsukai.
