摘    要:选用缺锌敏感水稻品种IR26和耐缺锌水稻品种IR8192-31-2, 采用营养液培养方法, 研究了它们对根生长、根系活力、有机酸积累、根细胞膜透性及SOD酶活性受HCO-3的影响. 结果表明HCO-3严重抑制IR26根的生长, 降低根系活力, 而对IR8192-31-2影响较小, 在低锌水平下, 对根生长甚至有轻微的促进作用; HCO-3增加了两种水稻品种根中的

Abstract:The solution culture experiments were conducted using the Zn sensitive cultivar IR26 and the Zn tolerant cultivar IR8192 31 2 to study on the effect of bicarbonate on the root growth, root oxidizing power (ROP), accumulation of organic acids in the root cells, membrane permeability and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The results showed that bicarbonate strongly depressed root growth and ROP of IR26, especially at low Zn concentration. In contrast, it only had little effect on that of IR8192 31 2; Bicarbonate increased the concentrations of malate and citrate in the roots of both cultivars, but to greater extent for IR26 than for IR8192 31 2. The results suggested that the inhibition effect of bicarbonate on root growth of the Zn sensitive cultivar might result from high accumulation of organic acids in the root cells. Bicarbonate decreased SOD activity of roots and leaves and increased membrane permeability of IR26 roots, but had less effect on that of roots of the IR8192 31 2. This might relate to Zn absorption of the Zn sensitive cultivar.
