辊压浸注压缩次数对木材防腐性能和力学性能的影响

摘    要:使用DDAC和ACQ两种水溶性防腐剂对大青杨板材进行两个压缩方向(径向和弦向)、3种辊压次数(1、3、5次)的辊压浸注处理,研究辊压压缩次数对处理材的防腐性能和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:辊压压缩次数与处理材的载药量呈正相关,与质量损失率呈负相关,辊压浸注DDAC(质量分数1.5%)5次的载药量可达到15.423 kg·m-3,辊压浸注ACQ(质量分数1.5%)5次的质量损失率可低至10.01%,载药量和质量损失率的变化量随着压缩次数的增加而减小;随着辊压压缩次数的增加,木材的力学强度降低,下降的幅度逐渐收窄,压缩率30%,弦向压缩,压缩5次时,处理材的冲击韧性下降22.741%。

Abstract:We studied the effect of times of roller-compressing on wood preservation degree and mechanical properties about lum-ber of Populus ussuriensis Kom impregnated with wood preservative with water-solubility of DDAC and ACQ by roller-com-pression during two kinds of compressing-direction ( radial and tangential) and three kinds of times of roller-compressing ( one, three and five) .There was a positive correlation between the times of roller-compressing and the retention quantity of preservative, but negative significantly between that and the mass loss rate.The retention quantity of preservative with DDAC ( the content of 1.5%) and times of five increased to 15.423 kg· m-3 , and the mass loss rate with ACQ ( the con-tent of 1.5%) and times of five decreased to 10.01%.Not only the variable quantity of retention quantity of preservative and mass loss rate lessens with the rise of times of compressing, but the mechanical properties of wood also reduced and the level gradually dwindled.The toughness of wood decreased by 22.741%with the compressure rate of 30%, compress-ing-direction of tangential and five times.
