柳树无性系在北京地区的苗期生态适应性

摘    要:对50种柳树无性系在北京地区的扦插成活率和生长状况进行观测,记录物候期和年生长量,利用主成分分析方法划分柳树的物候型,并采用典型相关分析方法确定物候期与生长量的关系。结果表明:扦插成活率方面除G102和毛枝柳外,其他无性系的扦插成活率均在72%以上;健康状况方面除少数无性系出现了日灼、倒伏、干梢和病虫害现象外,大部分无性系苗期生长状况较好,表现出较好的适应性。不同无性系的物候期存在较大差异,叶变色期最为明显,极差达48 d,差异最小的是展叶期,极差仅为7 d。采用主成分分析法将这4个物候因子综合为2个主成分,依据主成分值聚类,将50个无性系分为3个物候型,即长生长期物候型、短生长期物候型和中间型物候型。综合分析物候因子和生长因子得出,除展叶期以外的其他物候因子与生长因子之间相关紧密,物候因子对生长量有较好的预测能力,即萌动发芽越早,落叶越迟对生长越有利。

Abstract:We observed the survival rate and growth status of 50 Salix clones in Beijing, and recorded the phenophase and annu-al growth.By principal component analysis and canonical correlation analysis, we analyzed phenological types classification and relationship of growth and phenology.Most of clones grew well in seedling stage.The survival rate of cutting seedling of clones was above 72%except G102 and S.dasyclados L., and in the health aspect, the adaptability of most of clones was well except that sunburn, lodging, dry-top, diseases and insect pests in a few clones.There were differences in phe-nophases among 50 clones of Salix, of which the range of leaves color changing phase was the largest of 48 d, while that of leaves unfolding phase was the least.By principle component analysis, four factors could be summarized as two principle components.Fifty clones were divided into three phenological types including long-growing period type, short-growing peri-od type and middle-growing period type.By comprehensive analysis of phonological factors and growth factors, all pheno-logical factors were significantly correlated with the growth factors except leaves unfolding phase.Phenological factors were reliable traits for predicting their growth, the earlier budding and later falling were, the better plants grew.
