热带Suwan玉米群体遗传变异的研究

摘    要:对7个Suwan玉米群体在太原生态环境条件下进行田间鉴定和评价.结果表明,Suwan玉米群体具有较强的光周期敏感性,表现为成熟期过晚,植株高大,穗位偏高,叶片数增多,叶面积增大,抽雄、散粉、吐丝期推迟,导致空秆率高,结实性差,植株、穗部性状明显劣于温带对照种.但是群体内具有较大的遗传变异和选择潜力及利用价值,通过对光周期反应敏感强的穗位高,雌雄开花间隔日数大等性状的选择和改良,可以拓宽现有玉米种质的遗传基础。

Abstract:Suwan maize populations were tested and identified in Taiyuan ecological condition.The results showed that Suwan populations have strong photoperiodic sensitivity.Compared with temperate control sample,the time of maturity is later,the plant is higher,the site of spike is a little higher,the leaf number is bigger,the leaf area is bigger,the time of heading period is later.In conclusion,Suwan's agronomic traits and fertility are poorer than control.But there are many variations and selective potential.Suwan maize population could be used to develop the genetic foundation of existing maize germplasm,through the selection of traits such as photoperiodic sensitivity,the site of spike,the days of coming into bloom between female and male.
