摘    要:以饲用燕麦066为原料,在乳熟期刈割后,对其进行直接青贮和半干青贮,青贮时分别添加0%,2%和4%的糖蜜。青贮后20 d3、0 d4、0 d和50 d进行4次取样分析,从而得出添加不同浓度糖蜜、不同发酵时间和不同水分含量对燕麦青贮效果的影响。结果表明:(1)半干青贮的pH值普遍低于相应的高水分青贮,并且随着添加糖蜜浓度的增加,pH值也随着相应降低;乳酸的变化与pH值呈正相关。其中添加2%和4%的半干青贮效果最好,与其他各处理均呈现显著差异(P<0.05),但两者间差异不显著。(2)添加2%和4%糖蜜的半干青贮中粗蛋白质(CP)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的含量显著高于其他各处理组,并且其酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量显著低于其他各处理组,差异显著(P<0.05);但是这两个处理组之间CP,ADF和NDF的含量却无明显差异。(3)当燕麦含水量高时(>80%),即便pH值降到4.2以下,仍然不能抑制腐败微生物的活动。燕麦乳熟期进行刈割,添加2%的糖蜜,使含水量降到70%左右时,就能取得良好的青贮效果。

Abstract:Forage oat 066 was used to make silage at milk ripe stage and molasses was added with 0%,2% and 4% at dry matter base,respectively.Sampling was conducted at 20,30,40 and 50 days after ensilage,the effects of molasses,ensilage time and moisture on silage quality were studied.The results indicated that the pH value of low moisture silage was significantly(P<0.05) lower than high moisture silage.As increase of molasses,pH value reduced and the content of lactic acid was interrelated to pH value.The content of crude protein(CP) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) in the control group L(2%)(low moisture silage with 2% cane molasses adding) and L(4%)(low moisture silage with 4% cane molasses adding) were significantly(P<0.05) higher than others as well as the content of acid detergent fiber(ADF) was significantly(P<0.05) lower than others.But no significant difference between the two groups was found.During the oat ensiling,there were also activities of unfavorable microorganisms even pH value lower than 4.2 when moisture was high(>80%).It could be concluded that high quality silage could be obtained while the oat was harvested at milk ripe stage and ensiled with 2% of molasses,and the moisture content was reduced to arround 70%.
