| 摘 要： | 对采自福建省香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium.oxysporumf.sp.cubense)3个1号生理小种(Foc1)菌株和17个4号生理小种(Foc4)菌株的ITS区进行PCR扩增,将Foc1代表菌株FOCABB361和Foc4代表菌株FOCAAA315的rDNA-ITS序列提交GenBank,获得的GenBank登录号分别为EU395428和EU332405.序列分析结果表明:Foc4号生理小种的ITS2区长度为151 bp;Foc1号生理小种的ITS2区长度为152 bp;Foc1号和4号生理小种的ITS1区完全一致,长度都为147 bp.Foc1号生理小种与4号生理小种的ITS序列差异不大.表明ITS区对于镰刀菌属内种间差异鉴别具有参考价值,但不能用于Foc生理小种的鉴别.

| Abstract: | Three strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense(Foc) race 1 and 17 strains of Foc race 4 were isolated form Fujian Province.Sequences of ribosomal DNA-ITS of Foc were obtained through PCR amplification.Sequence data of FOCABB361 and FOCAAA315,which were the representative strains for race 1 and race 4 of Foc were submitted to GenBank,and accession numbers from GenBank were EU395428 and EU332405,respectively.Sequence analysis result showed that there were no significant differences between the sequences of ... |
