| 摘 要： | 认为高校图书馆只有在新时期重新确定自己的位置．才能跟上新时期科研和创新的发展对高校图书馆的要求。首先分析了高校图书馆在科学研究中的新作用，这些作用要求高校图书馆在科学研究中重新确立自己的位置，高校图书馆只有辅助科研人员不断增长科研知识，才能生存下去；进而分析了高校图书馆在科学研究中的使命及战略愿景，并提出提高高校图书馆在科学研究地位的对策。
