钼对黄棕壤上冬小麦碳代谢的影响

摘    要:盆栽试验条件下,研究了钼对冬小麦碳代谢的影响。结果表明,缺钼使冬小麦植株功能叶片叶绿素含量自分蘖期开始明显下降,随后各生育期均表现为黄化;植株可溶性总糖和纤维素、半纤维素含量也因缺钼而下降,这可能是缺钼冬小麦叶片疲软、抗寒能力下降的重要原因。

Abstract:Pot culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of molybdenum on carbon metablism of winter wheat. The main results are as the follows: molybdenum deficiency retarded the growth of winter wheat and reduced chlorophyll content remarkably in functional leaves.As a result,the content of assimilation products decreased ,molybdenum deficiency retared the synthesis of cell wall constituents including cellulose , hemicellulose etc., which caused downward curling of leaves.;
