| 摘 要： | 从灯蛾罹病死亡幼虫中分筛筛选出苏云金杆菌ＢａｃｉｌｌｕｓｔｈｕｒｉｎｇｉｅｎｓｉｓＳＢ－１菌株，从引进的Ｂ．ｔ．菌种中筛选出ＳＢ－８菌株。该两株菌经发酵试验，生产性能良好，对抗药性强的台湾、泰国和深圳品系的小菜蛾毒力较高。田间试验表明杀虫效果好。

| Abstract: | The strain SB-1(H 3a3b ) of Bacillus thuringiensis was isolated from natrurually died Diacria sannia. The strain SB-8(H 1) was selected from a kind of imported B.t. powder. The results indicated their higher yield ability in the test of fermenting force, and their stronger toxicity to Plutella xylostella with resistance collected from Taiwan, Shenzhen, Tailand. Field experiment showed great effect using SB 1. |
