基于Inventor的参数化模具标准件库的设计

摘    要:模具标准件在模具结构设计中被大量而频繁的使用。以往为了能在实际设计工作中快速方便的生成标准件,模具设计人员需事先花大量时间和精力对CAD软件进行二次开发建立模具标准件库。为此,介绍一种建立模具标准件库的新方法,它不需要编写开发程序,而是在Inventor环境里直接利用iPart(零件族)功能来创建模具标准件库。

Abstract:The standardized parts are used vastly and frequently in design of dies. Formerly, In order to create the standardized parts quickly, the designer must cost more time and energy on the secondary development of the CAD software. This paper introduces a new method to build the standardized parts library of dies. Instead of programming, it uses the iPart (Family of parts), a function in the environment of Inventor , to builds the standardized parts library of dies.
