中油低芥2号和中油821硼素营养的特点

摘    要:采用土培、水培和田间试验以及同位素10硼技术,研究中油低芥2号和普通油菜中油821的硼素营养,结果表明:中油低芥2号比中油821对硼素更敏感,缺硼时缺硼症状出现早,死苗和茎裂严重,植株硼浓度,硼吸收量小于中油821,产量降低幅度大于中油821;而施硼对植株硼浓度和硼吸收量接近或大于中油821,菜籽增产率大于中油821。10硼试验表明,中油低芥2号植株的各层叶片硼浓度均高于中油821。

Abstract:The tests of field, soil pot and water culture were conducted to research B nutrition in rape Var. "Zhong you L.E.No.2" and "Zhongyou 821" .The results were as follows: Zhongyou L.E.No.2 was more sensitive to B than Zhongyou 821. Yield of L.E.No.2 decreased more than that of 821 at B deficient level; the percentage of yield increase of L.E.No.2was greater than that of 821 when B was appliad B.The sym ptoms of B deficiency in L.E.No. 2 appeared ealier and were more serious than 821. Under B deficiency, concentration and total amount of B in L.E.No.2 were lower than these in 821.When B adequency, concentration and amount of B in L.E. No.2 were equal to or higher than these in 821.
