蛋鸡感染传染性法氏囊病病毒新型变异株的鉴定

摘    要:传染性法氏囊病病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus,IBDV)新型变异株正在成为养禽业健康发展新的重要威胁。目前报道的IBDV新型变异株均来自肉鸡群的感染。为了解IBDV新型变异株感染蛋鸡的情况,通过对黑龙江省一个疑似非典型IBD发病蛋鸡群样品进行RT-PCR检测及相关分析,结果显示,引起该鸡群非典型IBD的病原是IBDV新型变异株。这是蛋鸡感染IBDV新型变异株的首次报道,对于更全面了解IBDV新型变异株的流行态势具有重要意义。

Abstract:Novel variant strains of infectious bursal disease(IBDV) are becoming a new important threat to the healthy development of the poultry industry. However, almost all the chickens infected by novel variant strains of IBDV in the previous reports were broilers.To further discover the infection status of layers with novel variant strains of IBDV,the samples from a layer flock with suspected atypical IBD in Heilongjiang province were detected by RT-PCR and further analysis. The results showed that the pathogen which caused the atypical IBD in this flock was novel variant strain of IBDV. This was the first report that layers were infected with novel variant strains of IBDV, which was of great significance to more fully understand the epidemic situation of novel variant strains of IBDV.
