摘    要:随着全球气温上升,热应激已成为影响肉鸡产业可持续发展的一个共性问题,尤其是位于热带亚热带的华南地区。热应激会影响肉鸡的生理功能、免疫机能以及肠道屏障功能,进而降低生长性能。在饲料中添加益生菌制剂等调控策略被证实可以缓解肉鸡的热应激状态。益生菌通过调节肠道菌群、生理功能以及免疫机能来提高热应激条件下肉鸡的生理功能及健康状况。文章从益生菌对肉鸡生长性能、生理功能、免疫力和肠道屏障功能的营养调控等方面综述益生菌在肉鸡抗热应激中的作用,为肉鸡生产应用益生菌作为抗热应激饲料添加剂提供理论依据。

Abstract:Heat stress has become a serious problem in broiler industry along with the global temperatures rise,especially in the tropical and subtropical south China. heat stress causes detrimental effects on physiology, immunology and microbiology resulting in abnormalities and impaired performances of birds. Several nutritional strategies have been conducted to counteract the detrimental effects of heat stress in broiler, including supplementation of probiotics. This strategy has been proposed to ameliorate the intestinal ecosystem, physiological conditions and immune system, leading to the improved performance and health of birds subjected to heat stress. This review summerized the potential benefits of probiotics against heat stress in broiler from the view point of growth performance, physiological conditions, immune system and intestinal barrier function, to lay the foundation for the application of probiotics as anti-heat stress feed additives in broiler production.
