‘晚棱’脐橙及其芽变材料南瓜状脐橙果实品质综合评价

摘    要:以‘晚棱’脐橙及其芽变材料南瓜状脐橙果实为试材,连续3年测定其发育过程中不同时期的横径、纵径、果形指数、单果重、果皮厚度、可食率、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、维生素C含量等指标。采用主成分分析法对‘晚棱’和南瓜状脐橙上述10个指标进行分析,综合评价二者的果实品质。结果表明,提取出2个主成分可以反映‘晚棱’和南瓜状脐橙果实品质指标85.843%的信息,根据综合得分式计算,南瓜状脐橙在果实成熟中后期的果实品质优于‘晚棱’。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the fruit quality of’lane late navel orange’and its bud sport mutant pumpkin-like navel orange,the physiological indexes of fruit quality including transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index,single fruit weight,epicarp thickness,edible rate,soluble solid content(SSC),titratable acid content,SSC-acid ratio,vitamin C content had been measured for three years.The results were statiscally analyzed using principal component analysis(PCA)method to comprehensively evaluate the fruit quality of’lane late navel orange’and pumpkin-like navel orange.Two principal components were selected,which represented 85.843%comprehensive imformation of the fruit quility.Taken together,the quality of matured pumpkin-like navel orange was better than that of’lane late navel orange’,which could be used as a promising candidate for late-ripeing navel orange breeding.
