摘    要:遗传学理论与技术的发展给肉鸡育种带来了革命性的变革,近年来,全球肉鸡遗传育种研究进展日新月异。文章通过利用NCBI PubMed、Highwire等数据库资源,收集了2019年肉鸡遗传评估与选择技术研究相关文献100余篇,从分子遗传研究与遗传资源评估等五个方面对该领域相关研究热点和进展进行了综述。

Abstract:The development of genetic theory and technology has brought revolutionary changes to broiler breeding.In recent years, researches on broiler genetics and breeding has been accumulating rapidly around the world. Through searching NCBI PubMed, Highwire and other database resources, we collected more than 100 papers related to genetic assessment and selection technology of broilers in 2019, and summarized the hotspots and advance in this field in terms of five aspects including molecular genetic research and genetic resource assessment, etc.
