微波-超声波协同提取烟叶中茄尼醇的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了微波-超声波协同萃取烟叶中茄尼醇的适宜条件。对温度、提取时间和萃取溶剂等影响茄尼醇提取效率的条件进行了筛选,确定了最佳的处理条件为:在50℃下,超声波开,提取溶剂为丙酮,处理时间30min,固液比1:15(W/V,g:mL)。这种方法具有萃取速度快、溶剂用量少、萃取效率高等优点。

Abstract:The optimized condition of the extraction of solanesol from tobacco leaves with the microwave-ultrasound assisted method was studied.The optimum condition of microwave-ultrasound assisted extraction was chosen as follows:under ultrasound was opened,temperature 50℃,acetone as solvent,extraction time 30 min,ratio of leaves to solvent 1:15.The result indicated this method was fast,efficient,economical for extracting solanesol from tobacco leaves.
