| 摘 要： | 隐性负担是当前中国农民的主要负担之一。工农业产品剪刀差是农民在出售农产品时所承受的损失。剪刀差是由旧的工业化战略和城乡分割体制的残余影响所造成的。要通过改革旧的工业化战略和不合时宜的涉农体制与制度,抑制和消除剪刀差,从而减轻农民负担。

| Abstract: | The burden concealed is the heaviest burden of farmers of China. The scissors difference between the industrial products and the agricultural products lead to economic loss when farmers sell their products. The old industrialized strategy and different policy of rural and urban area have a very strong influence to form the scissors difference. Through reforming the old industrialized strategy and changing outdated agricultural policy and system, the burden of farmers can be reduced. |
