EM有机肥茶园应用效果研究

摘    要:多点选择不同类型的茶园施用EM有机肥进行对比试验。结果表明:茶树施用生物肥,20 d左右即可见效,可促进茶树芽头早发,新茶早上市,价位高;可提高茶叶产量,春茶第四道测产,增产8.99%,秋茶第一、二道测产,增产43.6%~44.9%。;可改善茶叶品质,茶树芽头持嫩期长,毛峰大,干茶条形好,容重增加,品尝口感好,涩味、苦味减退,并可多沏一两道;可增强茶树的耐湿性、耐寒性和对病、虫害的抗性。其有效应用条件为:在土壤水分充足、富含有机质和多年偏施氮肥、土壤养分失调及瘠薄的土壤条件下,施用效果较好。

Abstract:The results of contrast experiments of utilizing EM fertilizer by way of the multiple choices of different types of tea gardens, peanut gardens and cucumber gardens show that microorganism fertilizer usually came into effect around 20 days after applied to the tea, It promoted the early - onset shoots, so that the high price fresh tea could come into the market earlier; it increased tea yield by 8.99% of the fourth batch of spring tea output and 43.6% ~44.9% of first and second batch of autumn tea. It could improve the tea quality by maintaining the young shoots longer and bigger, increasing the specific bulk density, improving the taste and flavor, decreasing the acerbity and bitterness . It improved the resistances of tea tree to water logging, cold, diseases and pests as well. The most favorable conditions to use the microorganism fertilizer are as follows: it has a better effect under the conditions of sufficient soil water and soil organic matter, and on the soil unbalanced fertilization with too much nitrogen or the infertile soil.
