摘    要:在龙眼果实生长期,应用不同浓度的NaHSO3和NaAc对不同果肉多糖含量类型的龙眼进行根外喷施,以探讨其对龙眼多糖含量的影响。结果表明:喷施不同浓度的NaHSO3和NaAc,龙眼多糖含量具有较大的差异,以300 mg·kg^-1的NaHSO3和NaAc对提高龙眼多糖含量效果最好,为今后开展龙眼多糖的调控研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The effects of spraying NaHSO3 or NaAc to leaves during growing stage of longan fruit were investigated.The results indicated that there was a great difference in polysaccharide content of longan when the leaves were sprayed with different concentrations of NaHSO3 or NaAc respectively.Polysaccharide content of longan was the highest when sprayed with NaHSO3 or NaAc 300 mg·kg^-1 for three times.
