机械耙动式活化炉生产活性炭工艺与设备的研究

摘    要:本研究突破“活性炭是高能耗工业”和“高温过热水蒸汽进活化炉”的老观念。用自己系统余热锅炉产生的低温水蒸汽进活化炉,活化过程产生的水煤气燃烧热除供给活化反应本身热能外,余热送余热锅炉及后处理工序。除了少量带动机械电能外,基本不用外供热而生产活性炭,从木炭原料获得活性炭的同时,科学回收利用热能。活化炉为高强度耐热钢结构机械耙动炉,其性能优良。活性炭的得率平均为26.5%(对绝干原料炭),从19.58~34.94%。活性炭对0.15%亚甲兰脱色力平均为10.7ml/0.1g,,从8~14ml。

Abstract:Our study has broken through the traditional concepts that the manufacture of activated carbon is a heavy-energy consuming industry and that water vapour entering an activation stove must be of high temperature. The spare heat boiler in the system produced low temperature steam which entered the stove and the acid washing pool. The combustion heat of water gas forming during activation could provide heat energy not only for activation reactions themselves, but also for the boiler and the dry kiln. Almost no heat energy was input to the system during production or charcoal was uned as raw material for activated carbon mking and its calorific power was fully used too.The activa tion stove which was made of the heat-proof steel of high strength.The average yield of the activated carbon was 26.5% ( 19.58 to 34.9% ) on basis of oven-dry charcoal. Absorption of methylene blue on the activated carbon was 10.7(8 to 14)
