针叶小爪螨在四种寄主植物上的生物学特性差异

摘    要:利用海绵水盘法饲养针叶小瓜螨Oligonychus ununguis(Jacobi),观察其在板栗、麻栎、栓皮栎、槲树上的生长发育状况。结果表明,不同寄主种群的针叶小爪螨相互改变寄主植物后,均能正常生长发育到成螨,但存在着不同程度的差异。接种到槲树叶片上单头饲养,与其他3种寄主植物相比,幼、若螨死亡率较高,均在47%以上;幼螨发育为成螨比率较低,均在53%以下。在群体饲养中,板栗和槲树寄主种群相互改变寄主植物后,生长发育历期均有显著的延长,而栓皮栎寄主种群在板栗上的生长发育历期也有极显著的延长。在槲树上生长发育的雌成螨单雌日均产卵量较低,寿命最短。

Abstract:Development of Oligonychus ununguis feeding on leaves of Castanea mollissima,Quercus acutissima,Q.variabilis and Q.dentata was observed with leaf disk rearing method.The result showed Oligonychus ununguis populations in different hosts could develop into adults after they exchange their host plants,but the bionomics were different.Compared with the mites in the other three hosts,the mortality of the mites moved to Quercus dentata in the period from larva to nymph was higher(more than 47%) and the rate of adult developed from the larva was lower(less than 53%).When the mites in primary leaves of Castanaea mollissima and Quercus dentata exchanged their hosts,their development periods were obviously prolonged.So were the development periods of the mites in Castanaea mollissima moved from primary leaves of Quercus dentata and the mites in Quercus dentata moved from the primary leaves of Quercus variabilis.Compared with the mites in the other three hosts,the female adults in Quercus dentata had lower oviposition amount per day and the shortest longevity.
