电热地板物理性能测试

摘    要:本文通过试验对电热地板在运行过程中的温度、电流、电消耗功率进行了测试与分析.结果表明:在地板接通电源后的短时间内,电热膜的温度迅速上升,其电流和电消耗功率迅速下降;随着运行时间的延长,电热膜温度上升和电流、电消耗功率下降的速率减缓;当运行时间在40min以上后, 发热膜温度、电流、电消耗功率和地板表面的温度都达到并维持在一个稳定值附近;电热地板供暖具有安全、清洁、舒适、安装方便、节约能源等独特优点,是一种较为优越的供暖方式,具有较大的应用和发展前景.

Abstract:The experimental research on the changes of temperature,electrical current,electric power during the working of heating floor with thermoelectric film(HFTF) was conducted in this paper.The results show that: The temperature of thermoelectric film increases rapidly and the electrical current,electric power of thermoelectric film decreases sharply during the short time after the beginning of the experiment;after that,the changing rate of temperature,electrical current,electric power decrease gradually;40 minutes after the beginning of the experiment,the constant temperature on the surface of floor and thermoelectric film,the constant electrical current and electric power of thermoelectric film was established and maintained;the HFTF is a ideal heating way with some unique advantages,such as safety,cleanliness,coziness,comfortable installation,energy-saving and et al,which will have a prospective outlook of application and development in the near future.
