晒红烟杂交种制种最适宜花粉与花冠的筛选

为满足吉林省烟农对晒红烟杂交种种子的需要,提高杂交种种子的产量,对目前主要种植的延晒四号、延晒五号、延晒六号和延晒七号等4个晒红烟杂交种制种时使用的花粉与授粉时花冠的大小进行筛选试验,结果表明,延晒四号最适宜的是用恒温箱内(28℃)干燥48 h时花药产生的花粉在微微张口的花冠上授粉;延晒五号最适宜的是用室温干燥48 h时花药产生的花粉在长至全长3/4的花冠上授粉;延晒六号最适宜的是用田间自然产生的花粉在半开口的花冠上授粉;延晒七号最适宜的是用田间自然产生的花粉在长至全长的花冠上授粉.

Filtration of the best pollen and coronal for Sun-cured Tobacco crossbreeding

To satisfy the need of Sun-cured Tobacco crossbreeding in Jilin province and improve the output,filtration experiments in crossbreeding pollen and the size of coronal in pollination time over Yanshai4,Yanshai5,Yanshai6 and Yanshai7 were carried out.The results showed that the best suitable condition is 48 hour thermostat dried（28 ℃）anther for Yanshai4 pollinated on the slightly opened coronal,and 48 hour room-temperature dried anther for Yansai5 pollinated on the 3/4 of full-grown coronal,and naturally field-grown pollen of Yanshai6 pollinated on the half-opened coronal,the best suitable conditon is naturally field-grown pollen of Yanshai7 pollinated on the overall length coronal.
