| 摘 要： | 分析网络环境下，我国海洋类高校和研究机构的海洋特色文献信息资源建设现状，针对海洋特色文献信息资源建设过程中存在的专业化薄弱、网络信息资源分散等问题，提出网络环境下，海洋特色文献信息资源挖掘与开发的策略。
