中药虎杖的研究与应用开发

摘    要:虎杖(PolygonumcuspidatumSied.etZucc.)为蓼科植物。药用部位为根及根茎,具有活血镇痛、清热利湿、止咳化痰、入肺经等功效。经现代药理研究证明:虎杖含蒽醌类化合物和黄酮类多种活性成分,具有抗菌、抗氧化、防治心脏病、抗癌、降血脂、降低胆固醇等多种作用。虎杖提取物已广泛用于医药、健康品、化妆品等多种行业,综合开发前景广阔,笔者对其研究与应用开发近况作了综述。

Abstract:Polygounm cuspidatum belongs to the family of polygonaceae. The used parts are root and stem. Its function includes invigorating the circulation of blood, relieving pain, clearing away heat, relieving cough and reducing sputum etc. According to the modern pharmacology research, it has many active components such as anthraquinone compound and flavone, which is widely used in the antibiosis, antioxidant, prevention of heart disease and cancer,reducing blood fat and cholesterol. It has been widely used in the pharmaceutical, healthy and cosmetics industries and has a very bright developing potential. A further overview on its research and application and development was given in this article.
