纳米粒子增强PP纤维的研究

摘    要:将处理过的纳米粒子与纯PP切片共混后熔融纺丝,经过后拉伸及松弛热定型就可制得含纳米粒子的PP纤维.当纤维中纳米粒子的含量保持在4%时,且纳米粒子:分散剂= 1:1时, 其纤维的强度可达到6.05cN/dtex,比纯PP纤维的强度提高24.5%.本文对其增强机理做了初步探讨.

Abstract:The reinforcing PP fiber were prepared by blend spinning of the PP and the nano particle.The fibers are post drawn,together with heat treatment in relaxation.In fiber inside,when the content of nano particle keep 2% and the nano particle: dispersing agent: =1:1,the strength of the fiber could reach 6.05cN/dtex.The strength increases by 24.5% lohen compared with the pure PP.The mechanism of reinforce were preliminarily discussed.
