| Abstract: | In this paper, the author reviewed the theory and methods of estimati- ng heterosis in animals, introduced the latest development in this fild, pre- sented 11 equations related to estimating the individual heterosis, maternal heterosis, paternal heterosis and racombination effects, and indicated the using conditions of these equations. |
